Refund Policy

In one sentence

Unused Credits are refundable within 14 days. If an AI action fails, its Credit comes back automatically. A Pass is refundable within 48 hours if you haven't used it.

Credits

• You can refund unused Credits from any pack bought within the last 14 days.
• You get the proportional amount. Example: you bought 10 Credits for 99 ₴ and used 3 → you get back 7 × 9.90 ₴ = 69.30 ₴.
• Credits are spent from the oldest pack first, so newer packs keep more unused Credits.
• Failed AI actions never cost you anything: the Credit returns to your balance automatically. You don't need to ask.
• Gifted Credits (bonuses, beta gifts, compensation) are not refundable.
• Credits from packs older than 14 days are not refunded, but they never expire — you can still use them.

Passes

• A Pass is refundable in full within 48 hours of purchase if you haven't run any AI action with it.
• After the first AI action, or after 48 hours, a Pass is not refundable.

How to get a refund

1. Open Wallet in the app.
2. Press Refund next to the purchase. The app shows the exact amount before you confirm.
3. The money goes back to the card you paid with. We start the refund immediately; your bank usually shows it within 1–7 business days.

You don't need to explain why. Refunds never wait for a human. If something goes wrong, write to support@plainapply.com — we reply within 24 hours.

We don't deduct fees: you get the full proportional amount, even if the bank charges us for the refund. A refund receipt is issued under Ukrainian fiscal law and emailed to you.

Deleting your account

Before deletion, the app shows your unused Credits and any active Pass, and offers "Refund and delete" for what is refundable under this policy. Credits that aren't refundable are lost when you delete your account — the app warns you clearly first.

If we close PlainApply

If we ever shut PlainApply down or permanently remove a paid feature, we refund all unused purchased Credits and the unused part of active Passes, whatever their age, and tell you by email at least 30 days ahead.

Your legal right to withdraw

At checkout you agree that the service starts immediately and that you lose the 14-day withdrawal right for what you have used (Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", art. 13; for EU consumers, Directive 2011/83/EU art. 16(m)). This policy gives you more than the law requires for unused Credits and Passes.

Disputes with your bank (chargebacks)

Please write to us before disputing a payment with your bank — a refund is faster. If you open a dispute, we remove the Credits from that payment; if some were already used, your balance may go below zero and paid AI actions pause until it's back to zero. Free features keep working.

Payments through Paddle

Where Paddle is the Merchant of Record for your purchase, Paddle processes the refund under this same policy and its own Buyer Terms.
